Ordered this for my husband's birthday with our wedding photos, and oh my god, it's just beautiful! The print quality is absolutely superb, so clear and the colours are vibrant, exactly like the photos I sent. The rustic grunge borders add such a nice touch. The ceramic finish feels premium, very sturdy. We've been using it daily for our morning chai and evening coffee, and it's holding up perfectly. Microwave safe too, which is super convenient. Good Mug for Daily Chai

Got this custom mug for myself. The photo print came out pretty good, not super sharp but definitely clear enough to recognize the faces. The mug itself is a good size for daily tea or coffee, feels comfortable to hold. Ceramic quality is decent, feels durable. I use it in the microwave sometimes, no issues so far. It’s a nice personal touch for my desk, makes me smile. Good value for money.

I ordered this as an anniversary gift for my sister and jiju. While the idea is lovely and the customisation process was smooth, I felt the photo print quality could have been a bit sharper. It looks a little softer than I expected, especially for a high-definition claim. The ceramic mug itself is fine, sturdy and a good size. Microwave safe, which is a plus. It's a decent gift, but I was hoping for a more crisp print. Packaging was also a bit basic, could be improved for a gift item. Still, they liked the personalized touch.
