Received this mug for my friend's wedding gift. The custom photo print looks good, quite sharp. The ceramic quality is okay, not the best I've seen but perfectly usable. Packaging was secure. It does make for a nice personalized gift, especially with the 'Wedding Moments' text. Overall, happy with the customization but maybe a bit pricey for the ceramic itself.
