Got this custom mug for a friend's birthday. The idea of personalizing it with photos is great. The print quality was acceptable, and the ceramic felt fine. It arrived safely and was packaged well. While it's a decent mug and a nice keepsake, I felt the overall finish could have been a tiny bit more refined for the price. Good for a casual gift though, it serves its purpose.

I bought this mug for my daily morning chai, and it's perfect. The 11oz capacity is just right. The ceramic quality is good, feels sturdy in hand, and it's completely microwave safe, which is a big plus for reheating.
