Got this custom mug for my husband's birthday with one of our favorite photos. The print quality is quite good, colours are vibrant and the text is clear. Ceramic feels sturdy and it holds a good amount of coffee. We've been using it daily, and it handles microwave heating perfectly fine. No issues with washing either. It's a nice personalized touch for our morning routine, feels like a worth the price purchase.

I bought this personalized mug as a birthday gift for my sister. The ceramic quality is decent, feels sturdy enough, and it is microwave safe, which is a plus for her daily tea. However, I felt the photo print, while clear, wasn't as sharp as I expected from the product images. The colors were a little less vibrant in person. It's still a nice personalized gift, but not exactly a 'wow' factor. Good for daily use though.
