The concept of putting two photos on a mug is really nice, makes it a unique gift. The customization process was easy. When it arrived, the print was okay, not as super sharp as I hoped, but decent enough. The ceramic feels a little lightweight compared to other mugs I own. It's microwave safe and holds coffee well for daily use. Good as a small personalized gesture, but could improve on print clarity a bit.
